Final Examination Schedule

All final exams are by appointment only and must be scheduled online at www.georgiarealestateschool.com You must have completed all required coursework and/or sessions to schedule a final examination appointment.

To schedule a proctored final examination:

1. Click Student Portal in the top right corner of the homepage

2. Login using your last name, the last four digits of your SSN, and your date o birth

3. Click Class Transcript

4. Find your course and click Sign Up

5. Select a test date/location and click OK

Students may cancel and/or reschedule an existing appointment from the Class Transcript page. Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, or a $25.00 fee will be assessed.

Please arrive and check-in at the testing center at least fifteen (15) minutes before your scheduled exam appointment. Late arrivals will not be admitted. Please bring a photo ID, a pencil, and a basic calculator. Other personal items such as cell phones, electronics, handbags, and study materials will not be permitted inside the classroom during testing. We will not be able to hold any personal belongings during testing. Please plan to leave these items at home or in your vehicle.

The wearing of a face mask is optional. However, you are required to practice social distancing.

The minimum passing score for a real estate final exam is 72%. Should you fail, you will be allowed one (1) retake. All testing must be completed within one year of enrollment in the course. Exam results will be available online within (two) 2 business days.
